Before founding Upward Wealth, she spent two decades at Wellington Management, where she served as Senior Vice President, Partner, Portfolio Manager, and Investment Strategist. She later founded Valmo Ventures to advise and invest in companies that create value for investors and society. A Duke University graduate with an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, she has built her career around finance, strategic leadership, and a more expansive idea of prosperity.
